Your rental fee covers 3 days: Day 1 pick-up, Day 2 your event, Day 3 return. Need more time? Add extra days when you book, at the extra-day rate shown for that dress.
A 50% booking deposit confirms your booking. The other 50% is due on or before pick-up, together with a refundable security deposit (₱500 or ₱1,000, depending on the dress).
Within 2 to 4 hours after we receive the item and inspect it, less any late fees or charges for damage.
Yes, and we recommend it. A fitting is ₱100 for 1 dress or set, or ₱250 for 3 (the 3-dress bundle is only available when you book). Want to try more on the day? Each extra dress at the studio is ₱100. A fitting lasts up to 30 minutes. If you book a rental on the same day (whether you take it home that day or for a future date), your fitting fee counts toward your booking.
No, a fitting holds your time slot only. You'll try on whatever is available on the day, so check the availability calendar before you come.
Yes. You can send a rider (Grab, Lalamove or similar) at your own cost. Just tell us beforehand and share the rider's name and contact number.
We only book within Metro Manila, Rizal and Cavite, as long as a Grab or Lalamove rider can reach you.
A late fee applies for each day it's late (shown on each dress). It's deducted from your security deposit, and you pay any difference.
A little normal wear is fine. For stains, damage or missing parts we charge the cleaning or repair cost from your security deposit. Please don't wash, steam or fix anything yourself; just return it as it is and tell us.
Cancel at least 3 days before pick-up and we'll refund your booking deposit. Less than 3 days before, the booking deposit is non-refundable. For fittings, let us know at least 24 hours before your slot.
Yes, once. Rentals can be moved to another date at least 3 days before pick-up, and fittings at least 24 hours before your slot, subject to availability. A rescheduled booking can't be cancelled: if you cancel after rescheduling, your payment or deposit is forfeited.
