What we collect
Your name, address, email, mobile number, booking details, payment receipts and, for rentals, a valid ID. If you send a rider, we also keep the rider's name and contact number.
Why we use it
Only to manage your fittings and rentals, verify your identity and payments, and keep you updated about your bookings. We don't sell your information or use it for anything unrelated.
How we protect it
Your ID and receipts are stored privately and are only visible to our team. Booking calendars on our website show whether a dress is booked, never who booked it.
How long we keep it
As long as needed for your bookings and our legal and accounting obligations. After that we delete it.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how it's used. Email hello@thatwmn.com and we'll respond promptly.
